Hakata Deluxe
This tonkatsu ramen hails from Japan’s Hakata region and is a beloved style of ramen. The pork bone broth is simmered for ten hours to achieve it’s creamy texture and rich flavor. It is topped with our own special charsiu, a soft-boiled egg, menma, leek, nori and sesame seeds.

Karaka-men
Looking for a Hakata ramen with a spicy kick? Try our Karaka-men. A rich, creamy tonkotsu base topped with our signature spicy miso blend. It’s the perfect balance of heat, depth, and umami in every bite. A must-try for spice lovers!

Veggie
Ramen noodles in a vegetable broth. Garnished with half boiled egg, menma, cabbage, spring unions, a slice of tomato, nori and sesame seeds.

Kimchi ramen
Kimchi ramen in a chicken broth, garnished with kimchi, spicy bean sprouts, pork belly, soft-boiled egg, black wood-ear mushroom, spring onions, nori, and sesame seeds. Enjoy it with either pork or chicken charisiu.
